QLD Call To Arms

Welcome to the official Queensland Call To Arms page.  Here you will find all the information on events, competitions and anything else state-based you may need to know about the event and how to get involved.

A huge thank you to the 207 clubs that participated last year. With your help, Cancer Council Queensland raised over $66,000 to help tackle cancer in men..

This year we are hoping that even more clubs register.  We hope that we can count on your team to help us tackle men's cancers.

Hockey Queensland have come on board to show their support of Call To Arms in 2011. Hockey Queensland is the governing body for the sport of hockey in Queensland. It is responsible for the administration of intra-state competitions, state representative teams, officials and the financial position of the sport. In Queensland There are 26,000 active participants in hockey through schools, universities and programs such as Hook in2 Hockey in Queensland.  There are 23 Hockey Associations from Cairns to the Tweed Coast with 150 participating Clubs.

It could be a story about a club members fight with cancer, a great fundraising idea that you are planning or anything else your club would like to share about their Call To Arms activities.
