How can I change my PERSONAL details?

To change your personal details, log into your online fundraising page and click on the “My Profile” tab, then “Edit Contact Information”. You will be able to change your contact details including:- Name- Address- Phone number- Making your event appear on the scoreboard. Top of the page

What is my personal website address?

Every club and club member that registers to fundraise online will receive a unique website address for their event. Please check your registration confirmation email for your URL or search for yourself with the “Search” button on the home page to find your URL. Top of the page

How do I upload a photo?

To upload a photo, log onto the site using the username and password you set. On the left hand side you will see menu options - click on ‘Customise your page’. You will then be able to select a photo from the Call To Arms content library we have set up, or upload your own photos (max 200k and jpeg/gif format only). Top of the page

How do I email people to ask for donations?

To send an email asking for donation, log onto the site using your username and the password you set. On the left hand side you will see menu options - click on ‘Send E-invites’ and follow the directions. Top of the page

Can I enter in CASH and CHEQUE donations to my online fundraising total, without paying them online?

Yes – in the menu list there is a “Record Cash Donations” option, so you can enter cash and cheque donations from your event. These donations will be added to your fundraising total on your personal event page, to help you reach your fundraising goal sooner. Top of the page

Can I pay CASH donations online via credit card?

Yes – in the menu list there is a “Record Cash Donations” option, enter your donors details here once all donors have been entered click on “Pay” and select the donations you wish to pay on your credit card.  Make sure you enter the donors email address so they will receive their electronic receipt. Top of the page

Can I pay CHEQUE donations online via credit card?

No - all cheques must be made payable to Cancer Council Victoria and sent to us with other post event paperwork to be deposited. Top of the page

What do I do if I have forgotten my username/password?

If you have forgotten your username/password, click on the link below the ‘Log In’ section of the home page labelled ‘Forgot your username and password?’. You will be directed to another page to enter your email address and receive an email to reset your password.You can also change your password at any time – log into your account using your username/password and then click on the ‘Profile’ tab and then ‘Change password’. Top of the page

What do I do if I have a technical support question?

You can contact us with your question by emailing calltoarms@cancervic.org.au. If we can answer the question easily by email we will do so, otherwise someone from the Call To Arms team will contact you to discuss your enquiry. Top of the page

My personal event and web page preview is not working – what can I do?

When setting up your personal event and web page, please ensure you have pop-up windows enabled in your Internet browser for our online fundraising website. Otherwise the preview of your personal page will be blocked.In Internet Explorer, this option can be found under the menu item Tools > Pop-up Blocker > Turn-off Pop-up Blocker. Top of the page
